Contractions every single night?! 😩 help

This is the 4th night I’ve been having painful contractions literally all night long. They are stronger than Braxton Hicks tightening and the pain even is in my back and radiating down my legs. It always goes away around 5:30am. 
 
Has this ever happened to anyone else?! 
Is labor soon or am I in for a couple more weeks of being cranky and tired 😭

Yes. Very strong Braxton Hicks. I had to drink a shit ton of water to make them stop. It could be near, rest when you can. How many weeks are you.
