I think i might be miscarrying... How can I be sure with out going right to the doctors?

Please help I am almost 6 weeks pregnant slight cramps and very little brown spotting this was the fourth time I peed and wiped within like 3 hours that I thought to take a pic. The others had more brown spotting than this pic. 
UPDATE: cramps havve subsided some and the last couple pees have been no spotting so I pray this baby is still growing in me and it was just old blood needing to come out.
And thinking back I mom with my little brother didnt know she was pregnant for 4 months as she still got her periods so hopefully it is just be being super parnaoid.

From what I know, brown spotting is old blood and nothing to worry about.. if it turns red and increases, then you may have cause for worry. Also, some women experience implantation bleeding. I had spotting early on with my first from a small subchorionic hemorrhage, but he was perfectly fine!

Don’t stress yourself! I had more blood than this & it was red, happened twice when i was 5 weeks & 6 weeks. Im now 10 weeks pregnant 🥳 & dr still doesn’t know where bleeding came from. Just continue to be excited for baby.

That’s doesn’t look like a miscarriage. When I miscarried, I immediately had a ton of red blood, and the cramps were intense and more like contractions. I wouldn’t worry about light brown spotting unless it turns into a lot of red blood. Spotting can be super normal for a million different reasons. Good luck!

I had spotting 3x in this pregnancy, first at 4 weeks, last at 13 weeks. All was brown/pink, and more than what you have there. I am now 28w with twins. Likely all will be fine, but you won’t know until it’s verified at clinic. Good luck!

I had an episode at 14 weeks where I just started bleeding. Went to ER and turned out to be a hemorrhage and baby was bouncing away. I was 110% sure I was miscarrying. Are at 19 weeks now. We just keep praying. Good luck to you

Ok this doesn’t look like a miscarriage at all, there is like nothing there. Like everyone would say, a miscarriage is DARK red blood and lot of it. Cramping is normal in early pregnancy. Please don’t assuming it’s a miscarriage. So unless you start having severe cramps and lots of red heavy bleeding then don’t worry.

I’ve been having this for the last 5 days. I’m 6w1d today. I called the doctor last Thursday. They said brown is old and no reason to worry but had me come in to check my levels and do a scan. My levels were at 31,417 and they couldn’t see much in the scan because I had a lot of gas (it was abdominal) but said the sac was high up in the fundus and they didn’t see anything alarming! I go back on Thursday for another scan. I’ll keep you in my prayers, I know how scary this is!!
