Wide awake at 4am ðŸ˜
So my little ones been waking up at 4am the past few mornings and won’t go back down. Our room is dark, we have a sound machine and it’s not too hot or cold. Now I’m thinking it’s because he’s been trying to skip his naps and then just going to sleep from about 7pm on but he won’t nap! Not sure what to do but I’m exhausted
