Mood swings while on the pill??

Hi, I have been using the pill for just under a year now I’d say February 2018??? Maybe. And I always get these waves of where I go from feeling 100% to sadness and it’s so shitty because the sadness is always about shit in the past that when I’m in my happy mood is so irrelevant to me and doesn’t matter and isn’t once thought about. I know I breeze it over when it’s done but it’s so shitty y’all... it
