Seatbelt restraints?

Can anyone recommend anything, our 2.5 year old can reach the back seat seatbelts sitting in her car seat rear facing and this kid wraps it around her arms, legs, neck. Basically anything she can. Trying to find out if anyone knows of anything that can help to keep her from reaching the seatbelt or keep it locked back in place?

Is she nock bucked in properly? How is she reaching the seatbelt!?!??

Lock the seatbelt so she can’t pull it out. 
Slowly pull the seatbelt all the way out, until you reach the very end. Then as you let it back in you should hear it ratcheting as it engages the automatic lock. At that point you shouldn’t be able to pull it out again unless it goes all the way back in. (You’ll want to buckle the seatbelt so it can’t go all the way back in and unlock)

The seatbelts in my car unhook and then have a plastic clip on the back of the seat to clip the loose seatbelts. Its a pain to get into the car to unhook the seatbelts but its possible. And even if yours cant unhook maybe you can still get a clip to keep them away from her?

Maybe try installing with the seatbelt? That way it’s locked and secure without compromising anyone’s safety
