Anyone experiencing period cramps during 2nd trimester?

Hello everyone!

I'll be 27 weeks tomorrow and within the last week I've been experiencing period cramps and I'm not sure if this is normal? I've also been feeling my baby low. At the last ultrasound she was breached so I'm not sure if maybe that's why I'm feeling the pressure? The cramps have been on and off and it's a couple hours apart. To my understanding contractions are usually minutes apart so I don't think that's what I'm experiencing but i have not idea. My next appointment is on the 10th and I dont know if this a concern for me to go to the ER or not. Has anyone experienced this?

I also have a cervical cerclage and I'm also on the progesterone pills.
