Should shooting victims be able to sue?
As we all know there has been yet another mass shooting in Texas in which a man hijacked a mail truck and started shooting people at random.
We all know how this song and dance goes because it’s sadly become a thing we all know to expect unfortunately. (I hate that it’s become a steady occurrence)
But I wanted to ask. For states that are outwardly “pro gun” should mass shooting victims be able to sue the state for lax gun requirements or what would be an alternative?
