Employer crossing a line?

I am a nanny and have been for a year. I love my job and I really love the kids. I bend over backwards for this family and have done everything they’ve ever asked of me .

The father works from home and a few times now he’s asked me to lie to his wife or omit the truth, she works a lot so I haven’t been put in the situation where I would even have to think about it because I barley see her but it’s weird. That was my first red flag there.

The father works with cameras and computers so he knows how technology works, he has a nice brand new iPhone that he’s claimed multiple times doesn’t work at the moment and he has to make a call and asks to borrow my phone. He then escapes to his office and locks the door with it. It’s bizarre. The one time I knocked on the door, he wasn’t on the phone anymore I couldn’t hear talking and he makes me wait a good 5 mins to open it. He then says he tried to add the kids calendar for summer activities to my phone by plugging it into his computer. He said he had no idea it would upload all of my things to his iTunes account, I’m an idiot with technology and even I know this 🤷🏻‍♀️ so now he’s got all my photos and contacts on his phone. I’m 25 years old and i like to send my husband some racy photos from time to time.. now they’re all on my boss’s computer and I can’t help but think he did it on purpose. He told me he deleted everything off his computer and apologized I didn’t wanna make it awkward so I decided to just leave it alone.

Fast forward to Friday night. My parents were coming to our house for dinner and I opened my find my friends app to see where they were. When I opened it is showed that I was sharing my location with my boss. So this man went into my personal phone without my knowledge and accepted a request from himself to follow me. I am beyond creeped out.

Have any fellow nanny’s had issues with things like this? I’m so bad at conflict and I’m not really sure what to do.

I would like to stay anonymous but also answer some questions I am not under a contract but I am a W2 employee.
