Finishing the ‘job’

I’ve been with my boyfriend for over 8 years now. However I struggle to not gag or stop when he starts to climax inside my mouth.... the first time I gave him one I wasn’t fazed... but now I can’t seem to get over the gag! Any tips of tricks would be amazing!
