Scared and feeling a lack of symptoms

Hi guys. I am 5w3d. 5th pregnancy overall - I have had 3 recurrent Mc. So scared this pregnancy isn’t gonna stuck. I have had fatigue, bloating, peeing a lot, sore/tender boobs, increase appetite, but no nausea or morning sickness. Anyone else around this progression in pregnancy and not getting that morning sickness symptom. I haven’t had headaches either. My levels have been good. So I am not sure what the deal is.
