Can pushing too hard when your pooping push the baby out or start your dilating?

I know it sounds ridiculous but today when I was pushing doing number 2... I thought what happens if i’am pushing too hard to a point where i’am going to start myself dilating* and the whole centimeters things of birth

No, but you can get som pretty nasty hemorrhoids... If you feel like you have to push that hard you should most likely up your fibre and water intake.

I wish?? Would have helped me with my last baby that was almost 2 weeks late! But yeah second the hemorrhoids. Don’t do it! I still get them occasionally after my 2 pregnancies if I strain too hard.

Nope but hemorrhoids will be your new best friend if you keep it up. Stool softener or some prune juice might help you.

Pushing doesn't make you dilate. Baby won't come out until you're 8-10cm dilated and by that time you'll be in labor (pushing won't cause labor)
