3 month old trouble. HELP!

My 3 month old has just recently started being very irritable. He fights his naps, fights when I try to rock him and cries more than he ever has. Fights when eating his bottles. He’s just not his normal self. He only wants to be held on my shoulder and entertained either by us or watching the television or his play mat. He’s never ever this fussy especially with a bottle or nap time he’s always napped very well. Any advice or comments?
