Who plans the baby shower?

My mom will likely be the one throwing me a shower, but do I have a say in things? Do I pick the theme, decide on food, center pieces, etc? Or do I just sit back and let her do it?

My mom , sister , & sister in law planned mine. 
They did everything on their own , even though i wanted to help lol . 😁

Talk to her about it. Find out what her expectations are. 
A friend who hosted my baby shower at her house and I planned my baby shower together. I cooked all of the food and brought things for activities, she decorated and set up.

It depends on the mom to be, if you are a picky person and want to be part of it, it’s okay to get involved but if you are chill and don’t care, let them spoil you and you enjoy being pregnant.

My mother threw my shower and she knows I’m not big on surprises. So I was involved in everything. I picked out the decor I wanted and the menu and all of those details.
