Ok - who tore and had to have stitches? The dr made it sound like I tore in 3 spots, 2nd degree tears. I just had my babe on Thursday. I’m experiencing a lot of pain, sharp pains, throbbing, you name it...! I’ve noticed that I have been tensing my whole body up, including my butt and vag. Idk if it’s my body trying to protect itself and doing it without thinking? What kind of pain did you experience and do you have any tips to share that worked for you?!
