My LO has used this swing for the past 6 months when I'm busy in the kitchen. Last night I heard a weird noise and when I went to check I found a white plastic cover AND TWO SMALL SCREWS IN HIS SWING. I'm assuming that over time the screws loosened? I was 8 months pregnant when I put the swing together and can't remember if that part came preassembled or what. Also, I figure/vaguely remember? that they recommend checking parts for tightness over time, but in the 6 months I've had my little I haven't thought about that at all. If i hadn't been there my LO could've choked and died on those screws.
