I improved EWCM naturally!

Just a post for anyone trying to improve EWCM! I started taking evening primrose oil 1000mg per day and royal jelly/ vitamin E 2 x capsule per day. Make sure they are high quality vitamins though.

(On top of this I take fish oil / omega 3 vitamin everyday + regular vitamin and maca + Coq10) but always did.

PS. I always keep super hydrated with regular water and coconut water but this didn’t seem to make a difference to CM like some people suggest.

Trust me something is working! Try this out ladies if you have also had trouble with it like me.

I have gone from having virtually no EWCM to like A LOT! 😂 I know this is nothing new but if you are skeptical, please try it as I am so surprised and happy with the result. :)
