Actually thought this month was THE month 😢

Actually thought this month was the month, I had pregnancy symptoms boobs tender, stomach cramps, nausea and fatigue. I am not due to come on my period until tomorrow or Wednesday but was to inpatient so took a test and it couldn’t be more negative 😩 I actually sat and cried in so fed up 😭
