Yes, always. Those packages are placed on surfaces that have had raw chicken/pork/beef on them, and the person packing the meat had to touch the meat to put it into the packaging, then uses the same gloves to wrap the container, getting the juices/bacteria of whatever raw meat it is on the container itself. I don’t like to take any chances

For ANY raw meats- yes. The outside packaging is not “clean”
