Nausea

I need some help. I'm 1 day away from 7 weeks and so freaking nauseous. My doctor is out for a while and don't have my first appointment until the 9th. I need something to help with my nausea, its unbearable. Is there something otc that I can take until I can see the doctor and get something from him? I need anything and everything you all have tried. I'm miserable right now.
