7dp5dt n I'm losing my mind !!!!

I'm 7dp5dt with 2 embryos and I'm weak!! I gave in and tested 2 days ago AM and PM (both positive) and today AM and PM (both positive) BUT I'm feeling AF type cramps and I've had some bleeding today . I'm not sure why I'm posting really ,its just I've got nobody I can talk it through with ,my husband is SO supportive but obviously he has no insight/knowledge and thats why I'm turning to yous...anybody had similar?? Very much appreciated xx
