One of my friends was at a small house party with some girls who she thought were close friends... she took 5 shots that she remembers and ends up blacking out. She didnt remember the rest of the night....Keep in mind that usually she can take probably 20 shots and just feel tipsy usually...

2 guys went to the party and didnt drink at all.... one of the guys ended up having sex with her.. her "friends" knew about it and said it wasnt their business. Shes obviously stopped being friends with them since the incident.

Her mom keeps saying she was raped, she says she just feels taken advantage of because she doesnt know what happened and doesnt remember consenting but it doesnt mean she didnt.... she asked what i think.

Im honestly unsure of what to think. Ive never been in this situation.
