Why??? 😩

I’ve been so inactive during this pregnancy because of feeling extremely sick, tired, dizzy, depressed, etc. I’m 15 weeks now, physically feeling ok today but mentally not so much... So I’m like “I’m going to do some very gentle yoga. That’ll make me feel better.” I sat and stretched my neck. I did cat/cow, child’s pose, goddess pose, laid at a 45 degree angle. Gentle breathing, light belly rubs... NOTHING FANCY Y’ALL. Then bam, I feel like I’m going to vomit. Why?! 😭

Anyone else still feeling sick past their first trimester? I’m so ready for this phase to be over!
