Blisters on hard bump

I’m freaking out and can not sleep. I’m going to take my toddler to the doctor tomorrow . Has anyone seen this before? Yesterday when i first saw it , it initially looked like a fresh bump and by then end of the day it started to get hard and have tiny blisters. Should i be as worried as i am?
