Faking orgasms?

All right. So: I’m freshly married to my man. Like, one and-a-half weeks fresh! Our sex life has been great thus far, (which i anticipated, because newlyweds 😅) but something came up the other day when I brought up that I didn’t feel faking orgasms are a big deal. He quickly became REALLY adamant that he thinks that’s just plain wrong dishonesty. I’m always huge on honesty in our relationship and not even excluding “white lies” but I suppose I’ve never seen faking an orgasm as lying...

Of course, I will be straightforward with him about it out of respect now, but what do you ladies think? Is it not that big a deal or does it actually make a much healthier sex life to be always honest about orgasming?
