5 days late ‼️‼️

Stopped taking the pill 4 months ago‼️ had the withdrawal bleed after 2 months of stopping then the following month I had my first natural period ‼️ now I’m due for my 2nd one I seem to be late ‼️ I have been having a lot of unprotected sex‼️😝 also yesterday and today I have woken up so nauseous & vomiting 🤮.. and boobs sore ‼️ has this happend to anyone else ⁉️ and got a BFP ❓❓ or could this just be the pill ❓ please comment below what you think I should do ❓❓ just really confused 😢😢
