Hey all, in case you haven’t heard of her, I’d encourage you guys to like and follow “Sarah Lavonne” on Facebook/IG/YouTube. She has a lot of really great educational information out there. I could literally watch her YouTube stuff all day long. It doesn’t strike fear in me about birth, makes me feel more empowered. She sells e-packages if you want to buy them but I’ve found her free content to be perfect. She’s very active on Facebook as well.

The other thing - if you haven’t taken a birthing class or maybe need a refresher, go to YouTube - maternity care midwives “Prenatal Class” I believe there are two pets. Again, just educational stuff to prepare you. We’re all getting so close!!
