TMI can swallowing mucus cause this?

I can’t help but swallow it because it’s so much especially all the drainage in my sleep I’m having to plug my nose with tissue in my sleep or it just leaks out so I’m swallowing quite a bit whether I like it or not and I’m having bad diarrhea. I heard somewhere that if you swallow enough mucus when you’re sick you’ll get diarrhea

I HIGHLY doubt mucus is related to diarrhea!! Your gut health wouldnt be bothered by mucus. That's what stomach acid is for. Your diarrhea sounds unrelated to your clogged nose, but you are clearly sick and upset stomach is symptomatic of being sick, untreated to mucus causing it
