Will water get into your car through the crack? Highly unlikely. 
Will the pressure from the car wash make the crack worse? There’s a good chance it will, yes.

Yes it's fine. My windshield looks like I got hit by a drive by shooting (rocks chips everywhere) and i regularly go through car washes. Based on the physics of a windshield, it's fine. If you press on the cracks from the INSIDE, they get worse. Pressing on the outside not so much. It's all in how the windshield is designed. Its designed to withstand outside force. Even with cracks. And its tempered glass. But either way, you're fine!
