My progesterone was positive so I know I ovulated a minimum of 5 days ago. What day do you think?

You mean your progesterone test strip was positive or you had a blood draw that showed ovulation? That Proov strip is negative. Any line at all even a faint line is negative on the PDG strips. 
I have been using those Proov strips also this cycle and I never thought I would be so annoyed to see a faint pink line.
