Curly hair products??

Alora

I’ve always straightened my hair. Since I was like 14-15, I have straightened my hair almost everyday. Lately, I’ve been letting my natural curls go wild. But, since I’ve been damaging my hair for the past 8 years, it’s not as curly or pretty as it used to be. It looked fine when I left the house this morning, now its just a frizzy mess. I don’t know how to manage curly hair, even tho I’ve had it my whole life 🤦‍♀️. Even when I was a kid, my mom would just brush it and put it in a ponytail lol. I need help

Give it time to heal. Do some deep conditioning treatments. Let it rest. Follow JasmineRaeHairCo on IG. She has a lot of helpful tips.

i love using deep conditioning treatments but be careful too much protein or keratin can actually make your hair weak and break off. i also lovvveee using Maui Moisture (it’s a brown bottle you can get it at Target, Walmart etc) it’s thick like lotion and ugh it’s soooo good for your curls. !! it’ll really tone down the frizz (it did for me🤷🏻‍♀️) i also noticed the more my hair grows out the better the curls. but i also get pretty greedy and add wayyy too much product (helps keep my hair flat ish so it’s not as poofy)

okay so i think what would be best is to get the Heal&Hydrate +Shea Butter. it has macadamia oil in it, dark pink bottle. and then i’d recommend getting the hair mask with it. soak from ear down and follow directions (i also say do it at least once a week) 😇.

Check out the curly girl method, there's tons of advice and tips on how to care for your natural curly hair on youtube. Ive recently started doing it and that's how I've learned. Been straightening it since I was in 7th grade so I had severe damage too. A trim or good cut will do your curls wonders as well to start clean. Not your mother's is a great cheaper line, or deva curl or curlsmith for more prestige expensive brands.
