night time sleeping..... dream feed...

my baby sleeps from 9-7am.. and what i mean by that is he’s asleep and he starts to stir and cry when hes hungry but he’s still sleeping i give him the bottle when he stirs and cries as it’s feeding time but he’s asleep drinking it. and i take it out and all the while he’s asleep. his eyes never open...

he feeds every 2-3 hours and that’s exactly when he stirs and starts to cry so i give him the bottle while he’s sleeping and he stays asleep for 10 hours more or less a night..... should i keep feeding him the way i do? i just don’t let him het on a full on cry so he doesn’t wake up.

is that wrong?
