Foul smell after c-section?

Idk if it’s normal or not. I’m 1 month postpartum and been vaginal spotting off and on for a week still. Every time the spotting starts again, it’s brown and blood/mucus like and it has a musky-fishy smell. I know fishy is normally bad, BUT it doesn’t always smell down there, just when I’m spotting and I don’t have a fever or any other symptoms.

Would you call the Dr if it were you?
