Prenatal vitamins- bought or prescribed?

I have both, but I’ve been noticing the prescribed ones are making me sick.  I take them before bed but they still make me really really nauseous. 
I’m thinking about trashing them, honestly. I think my last pregnancy I just used bought.

I was prescribed Vitafol gummies with iron. Had to stop taking them and go back to my One a Days with folate. The Vitafol vitamins were making me sick even though I took them in the evening after a meal.

I just buy mine at the store, Nature Made. Definitely try to eat something when you take it. Will help calm your stomach.

It's the iron. Very hard on the tummy.

Im prescribed prenatals. I found taking them at night after dinner helps. I hope you find something that works 🤞
