Sleep leaking tips?

My LO is 2 months old and has been sleeping 6-7 hours straight each night for a couple weeks now. I thought my supply would even out with the feeding times by now but I’m still waking up SOAKED in breastmilk. 
Any tips how to catch/keep dry at night?
Currently sleeping on 2 folded up towels just so the drip doesn’t get to the mattress 😭 the only time I wake up not in a puddle is when I force myself to sleep facing straight up.

I would just put a sanitary pad in place of the breast pad. After a few weeks my milk flow reduced which was good and I went ba k to normal breast pads at night

I only really leak from my right boob, and I’ve found I’m okay as long as I’m not sleeping on my right side, putting pressure on it. I also try to feed from the left for the last feed at night and first in the morning, to help lessen the supply in the right. I say all this having woken up in a soggy shirt this morning because I slept on my right. 🙄😂

How about pumping before bed? Have you tried that?
