Idk anymore haha

So idk what is going on. I’m late by 4 days iv had a lot of pregnancy symptoms for about a week now, 4 negative tests and I just had this when I wiped after using the bathroom. Is there anyone else going through this or has gone through this? I’m getting annoyed like I just want to know.
