Hiii everyone so I’m currently 5 weeks and 3 days I’ve been experiencing cramps, they are typically very mild, but the past couple of days have been very painful. Not a sharp stabbing pain but similar to a bad period cramp. There is no blood or anything, but this is my first and I’m nervous I’ll miscarry or it’s ectopic. I guess I’m looking for reassurance, has anyone else experienced this kind of pain? It’s not on a specific side just in the middle but sooo uncomfortable for about a minute then it’s gone.
