Contractions or BH? 😓

I’m 35 weeks today and due oct 8th. For the last two days I’ve been having period like cramps. I wasn’t able to time them until today. Any ideas? I don’t wanna go to L&D just to be sent home 😓

I’d say Braxton Hicks, lay down and drink a bunch of water. If they get more frequent/consistent and more intense then I’d call your doctor

Try taking a 45 minute warm bath, if you still feel them after that might want to consider calling L&D
