Losing pieces of mucus plug mean your dilating/effacing?
Does losing pieces of your mucus plug mean you’re dilating or effacing or does it just happen sometimes no reason? I was 2cm dilated 75% and had lost pieces of plug before that and now losing more and wondering if I could be progressing further! Lots of inconsistent contractions pressure and pain so hopefully happening soon
