Colace is your friend. I start taking it now so after delivery I can poop with out too much pain. Talk to your doctor and check that it’s all good, but don’t strain yourself when colace does wonders

I can’t wait to be “regular” again... although I started eating raisin bran in the morning and that has been AMAZING, it’s loosened things up a bit 😂😂😭😭😂😂
