Heartburn/Acid Reflux Relief?

Anyone have quick tips to ease the heartburn and acid reflux pain??

Pepcid and Tums. Mine got so bad I was throwing up for over 24 hours and then my doctor prescribed 40 mg of famotidine- the active ingredient in Pepcid, just a stronger dose. I throw up MUCH less and it’s much better lol good luck!

Tums are good for fast, short term relief for reflux and heartburn. Zantac is a good long-term relief from heartburn.

Eating little snacks all day helps me. I also take two Tums at night if it keeps me awake.

Once I have it nothing really helps. I try to avoid it by eating a smaller dinner. Also, sleeping with my head slightly elevated has helped me from getting it during the night.

Maximum strength zantac cool mint tablets work magic with me, also tums 😁

My dr had me start Zantac every evening with dinner so I can keep it down overnight.
