mthfr & prenatals
My dr prescribed me L- methylfolate due to the mthfr gene mutation that was discovered after two back to back miscarriages. We are about to start trying again & I wanted to get recommendations on a good prenatal with Dha to take as well. My dr says any is fine but I would like to hear from other ladies who are on the same medicine. Thank you 💚 & good luck to all of you 🌈
