This is not my ultrasound, it is a family members. She said the ultrasound was done incredibly fast and she was not told much of anything. She goes back for another next week due to some spotting she had. Is this just a weird angle that makes it look like two sacs? She is about 7/8 weeks. Thanks in advance for your eyes!

ETA: this was a trans-abdominal ultrasound, which is why it may look blurry and not as obvious as some of the others at this stage. Not sure why doc did abdominal 🤷🏼‍♀️
