Should i call my doctor. please help.

This is my first baby, first pregnancy, im 17 years old I dont really know if that matters but I dont want to call my doctor and get treated like a moron kid because im worried. Ive been having severe cramping like very bad non stop for 3 days. Its been so painful, I'm 27 +4 weeks and I dont know if it's normal or not. Baby is still moving but touching my lower belly hurts very bad so i dont know if somethings wrong or if its normal and im overreacting? I havent had an appointment in 5 weeks and I was complaining of cramping then and doctor dismissed me completely. I feel like being so young is making me not heard about my concerns and pain.
