At what point does someone’s concern, cross the line into inappropriate?

This question could be asked about a lot of topics, however, I’d like to focus on one topic in particular.

Specifically mom shaming/criticism...

Someone is concerned about the way you handle, talk to, treat, hold, feed, etc etc your baby/child...

Where is the metaphorical LINE between genuine concern, and inappropriate criticism?

Depends who it’s coming from? Depends how the concern was presented (the way it was said)? Depends if your child is in actual harm? What if the “concerned party” genuinely thinks your child might be accidentally harmed. Even if, realistically, your child is FINE?

At what point is it ok to be offended by what someone else is saying about your parenting?
