Based on my LMP i would be 9 weeks but Im measuring at 6w6d today. There was no heartbeat and will do another US next week. I just need some words of comfort or anyone to relate. This is what my US looked like today 😔 i was told at first it may result in a MC but it has progressed very slowly in the past 2weeks

Update: I had a miscarriage 😥 i have to do n mva surgery for removal of tissues... never heard a HB... i hope this passes and we can try again for a healthy pregnancy
