Progesterone shot timing?

Question

Do progesterone shots have to be the same time every night, or just whenever? My paperwork doesn’t specify, and I’ll ask tomorrow, but if it needs to be the same time daily, that will affect what time I start them tonight. Thanks!

My Fertility pharmacist told me that it needs to be at the same time if not, no more than an hour before or after the time you chose.
