Did you get the TDAP vaccine?

I got it again (it’s recommended to get every pregnancy to pass along to baby) and my husband and all immediate family are still covered from when they got it in 2017 while I was pregnant the first time. 
I don’t understand why people refuse to get it.

Im in south fl and with little man coming during flu season and tourist season. Whooping cough is bad down here. Fighting with mother in law to get it 😑 she lives with us too.

Mine is already up to date because I work in a hospital, but grandparents who are supposed to baby sit won’t get it because they think “that’s stupid” and husband refuses to get any shots because “he’ll get sick”. 😑 So yeah it looks like I’m the only one that’s going to be vaccinated to protect the baby. Although grandparents are good about at least getting the flu shots.

I will be getting it at my 30 week appointment in a couple weeks. My husband will also get it. My baby boy is coming during flu season and I think it’s going to be really bad this year since we already have cases of it in my area.
