Anyone else having severe bloat and gas that’s causing cramping???

Please tell me someone else feels how I feel!! I’m exhausted. Boobs hurt. Nipples are sore. Back hurts. And cramping from how much gas build up I have. Help!!

Same here! But I guess the gass must be food related. I have been quite hungry since this morning, so during the morning I had milk and cereals, then one hour later orange juice and toast, then 2h later a slice of bread.. Maybe it is because of all these mixtures!
