Help with missed miscarriage!

At 10 weeks my first ultrasound a showed I was only 7 weeks. I had an hcg drawn Saturday and it was 18573 on Tuesday it was 12678. I have had no cramping or bleeding. My OB called me today and explained what is happening. I go to the doctor in the morning. I have read about my options online regarding taking the medication or letting it pass naturally. Just wanting insight from those who have been through this. If you took the medicine, how long did it take to pass everything? How did you feel? Did you end up having a D&C? And help is much appreciated
