Painful periods

I’ve always had painful periods from a young age. Over time it stopped and I’d have a normal period that’s how I can tell when my period doesn’t feel normal because I’ve had normal. I take a midol and it’s over in 15 minutes. But on occasion like the last period I had, hurts so much it feels like it’ll never end. To the point to where I’m screaming and crying. I faint almost every time I stand up and I sweat. It’s what I imagine contractions feeling like. And during sex when I’m not in my period sex hurts. Like a sharp pain above my pubic bone? Even if I’m well lubricated it still ends up hurting before he’s done. It’s ruined my sex life. And I get this cloudy discharge sometimes with no smell. And sometimes clear with no smell. But what worries me is that with all the times I had sex with my boyfriend unprotected in the past two years(also my first) I’ve not gotten pregnant. I’ve been late and had painful periods but not pregnant? I’m so confused. Thoughts?
